Courses, Programs and Workshops are designed to explore, discover, and generate meaningful choices and actions in the emotional literacy landscape. The more skillfully we can show up for ourselves, the more skillfully we can navigate through challenging terrain. It’s my goal to empower every person to recognize the wisdom and abilities they already possess and to teach practical tools and processes of exploration that can serve them for a lifetime.

All courses and workshops are designed to be creative and collaborative, challenging and fun, and always inviting participants to be beginnners in the room. When we engage in creating or doing something new, we have a way to meet the edge of our comfort zone.

Discomfort is the leading edge of learning.

When we get comfortable with the uncomfortable,

This program is all about learning how to process stress as it happens, recover your nervous system, and create quality of life and work on your own terms.

The Mental Fitness Self-Leadership Group Program

This powerful group-coaching program is designed to help you get unstuck, break the patterns that no longer serve you, and develop new ways of being that get you the results you want.

This unique 6-week training combines 1:1 coaching to explore values, strengths, and challenges; practical app-based training to master skills of Mental Fitness; and group coaching workshops to accelerate learning and development.

This course is for anyone who wants to become skillful in shifting more quickly and effectively from negative or destructive patterns of thinking, being and doing to productive and creative engagement.

Embodiment for Women in Charge

This 4 part workshop series explores the unique challenges that women face while leading their lives and supporting others at home and at work.

Through personal reflection and embodied exploration, you’ll deeply dive into what you consciously and unconcsciously desire in your life, how you show up and meet challenges, and what keeps you stuck. You will design actions and practices that support you in cultivating self- awareness, increasing emotional range and capacity, and building the embodied skills to lead, influence, and embrace the fullness of who you are.
