Each week’s content will “drop” on Sunday morning.
The modules include a calendar of suggested pacing to maximize the potential for learning. You are free to engage the material as your schedule requires.

  • Practices:
    Accumulating to 15 minutes throughout the program, spread throughout each day, to reclaim your nervous system.

  • Weekly Group Coaching Calls
    To answer your questions, learn from one another, practice and explore in community.

  • Reflection Questions:
    A targeted set of coaching questions to use for reference and guidance throughout your week.

  • 1:1 Workshop Coaching (6 weeks, VIP option):
    30-60 minutes of focused conversation to integrate learning and customize practices to work for you.

- A week of observing what you do in your body (physical sensations) in Overwhelm.
- Daily practice to reconnect and reclaim your nervous system (3 minutes total).
- A 60 minute live online group coaching call

module 3: mapping the story

Starts Sunday, October 8th, 2023
- A week for cultivating Awareness and Discernment about the stories that come in Overwhelm.
- Daily practice to reconnect and reclaim your nervous system (8-minutes total).
- A 60 minute live online group coaching call

module 4: integration

Starts Sunday, October 15th, 2023
- A week for integrating learning, continuing to build the habits, catching up, and going deeper
- Daily practice to reconnect and reclaim your nervous system (8-minutes total).
- A 60 minute live online group coaching call
- Saboteur to Sage Workshop: One 90-minute live online Embodiment Workshop for going deeper into Modules 2 and 3.

Starts Sunday, October 22nd, 2023
- A week for Emotions and their functions, and how to complete the process.
- Daily practice to reconnect and reclaim your nervous system (13-minutes total).
- A 60 minute live online group coaching call

module 6: creating the container

Starts Sunday, October 29th, 2023
- A week to Decide and Define what matters and how to support moving beyond Overwhelm.
- Daily practice to reconnect and reclaim your nervous system (15-minutes total).
- A 60 minute live online group coaching call

module 7: integration

Starts Sunday, November 5th, 2023
- A week for integrating learning, continuing to build the habits, catching up, and going deeper
- Daily practice to reconnect and reclaim your nervous system (15-minutes total).
- The Boundaries Bootcamp: One 90-minute live online Embodiment Workshop for going deeper into Modules 5 and 6.

module 8: completion

Starts Sunday, November 12th, 2023
- A week of Celebration, Personal Reflection and BONUSES!
