As a coach and facilitator I play at the intersection of creativity, embodiment, and collaboration to help individuals, organizations, teams, and communities transform and thrive.

My curiosity-driven approach draws on 15 years of experience in design and storytelling, education, production management for live performance, and project management for the theatre, event and architecture industries. I’ve got a great mix of generative creative experience met with the brass-tacks practicality of planning and management.

With first-hand experiences in a wide variety of collaborative and creative processes, I have intimate knowledge of personal and interpersonal dynamics,
how discomfort can derail even a finely-tuned process, and how developing embodied competencies can lead to clarity and resilience, creating tangible results.

I've spent almost two decades researching, observing, and experimenting with being in process, and coaching people of all ages to meet and navigate the discomfort that goes along with taking risks, making changes, and doing anything out loud, in real time.

Emotional muscles, like physical muscles, must be conditioned and maintained, so I continue to explore my own embodiment, and creative and collaborative processes through yoga, Embodied Yoga Principles, freelance scenic design and devised design practices. I'm a firm believer in learning by doing and seize every opportunity to stretch beyond my comfort zone to be a beginner in the room.
